The Challenge

Bluebeam’s new leadership sought to transform its annual user event into a must-attend industry experience that would resonate across audiences—from software engineers and executives to on-the-ground operators.

To achieve that, the event needed a powerful visual identity and digital platform that could reflect the CEO’s forward-thinking vision, unify multiple stakeholder groups, and embody the brand’s reputation for technical excellence and creativity.

The challenge was to strike the right balance between boldness and approachability—building a brand that felt elevated, cohesive, and unmistakably Bluebeam.

Our Solution

Five Acres led the event branding and digital design efforts in close collaboration with Bluebeam and GoGather’s internal teams. Starting with brand strategy workshops and moodboards, we established a creative direction that was equal parts powerful and human—symbolizing unbounded ideas, connection, and transformation.

We delivered a complete event brand package including a suite of primary, secondary, and tertiary logos, a custom color palette, typography system, and dynamic graphic styling. These elements came together to express the event’s theme of connection and innovation—grounded in Bluebeam’s engineering precision and GoGather’s event expertise.

A high-impact digital experience

For the Unbound 2025 website, Five Acres designed an entirely new front-end UI system tailored for clarity, motion, and conversion.

The site introduces a clean, modular structure with clear navigation and seamless mobile functionality—ensuring an effortless user journey from discovery to registration.

We provided animation and transition recommendations, collaborating with Bluebeam’s internal developers and GoGather’s event management team to ensure fluid interactivity and brand cohesion across every page. The end result is a visually stunning, intuitive digital hub that elevates the conference experience and positions Bluebeam as an innovator—not just in software, but in storytelling.

Brand Identity

The Unbound brand was built to feel both authoritative and inspiring. The primary logo expresses movement and energy, visually echoing the concept of “breaking boundaries” that anchors the event’s theme. The color palette leans bold yet balanced—electric blues, refined neutrals, and warm accents—chosen to convey innovation and confidence.

Typography plays a key role, combining strong sans-serif headings with approachable body fonts for balance and readability across large-scale signage, stage design, digital assets, and merchandise. Supporting graphic motifs extend the system further, creating depth and personality across all media while maintaining Bluebeam’s professional tone.

A comprehensive brand book documents all assets, providing usage rules, visual examples, and integration guidance for future Unbound events—ensuring scalability and consistency year after year.
