The Challenge

Luma Health needed a compelling visual system for their high-stakes virtual conference—one that felt fresh, cohesive, and elevated enough to reflect their momentum as a growing tech leader. With just four weeks until the live broadcast, we were tasked with designing over 30 keynote slides and six custom animations to support the CEO’s opening remarks. The project required tight coordination with their internal team, videographer, and creative director to ensure every detail aligned with the script and event goals.

Our Solution

We started by developing a distinct look and feel for the conference—modern, high-energy, and unmistakably Luma. From there, we storyboarded the keynote presentation frame by frame, mapping visuals directly to the narrative arc. We then moved into rapid production, designing bold, branded graphic elements and six motion pieces, including the high-impact reveal of Luma’s new AI platform, Spark. The result was a seamless visual experience that energized both internal teams and external partners, setting the tone for the company’s next phase of growth.

Our deep experience in high-stakes creative allowed us to make quick decisions, adapt on the fly, and collaborate seamlessly with Luma’s internal teams. The result was a cohesive, high-impact visual system that felt anything but rushed.
