The Challenge

iDonate, a digital fundraising platform, needed a solid foundation to support company expansion and their desire to scale. The leadership team identified challenges with the external perception of the brand and wanted to unify employee culture too.

Our mission was clear: create a consistent vision, voice and visual identity to propel iDonate into their next chapter. We dug deep into the iDonate ‘DNA’ to better understand the beliefs, operations, and people that make their organization unique. We created a comprehensive brand positioning and guidelines document, including their long-term vision, value proposition, brand promise, and brand values to help pave the way for new growth.

Brand Tone and Values

True to the iDonate team, we crafted an authentic brand voice by doubling down on southern charm.

We infused language used by the team into brand communication—with a lighthearted twist. Today, the iDonate tone is inspirational, approachable, intelligent, and warm.

To align with iDonate’s modern approach to fundraising, we also freshened up the look and feel of their brand with a new color palette, updated typefaces, and simplified aesthetic.
