We’re looking for a versatile, thoughtful, and ambitious Graphic Designer to join our growing team on California’s Central Coast. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a tight-knit group of award-winning creatives who value craftsmanship, strategy, and joy in our work.
About the Role
You’ll contribute to a wide range of cross-medium projects—from digital campaigns and web design design to brand identity systems and print materials. You are eager to jump in wherever needed, take initiative, and keep projects moving forward without needing handholding. This role requires someone who’s highly responsive, collaborative, and curious—especially when it comes to shaping brand strategy and messaging alongside impeccable design.
This is a hybrid position based in Shell Beach, CA, with 3+ days in an ocean view office and flexibility depending on the fit.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have 3+ years of professional design experience and a portfolio that shows exceptional taste, technical skill, and cross-medium range
• Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (required)
• Have a strong grasp of branding, layout, typography, and user-centered design principles
• Take initiative and thrive in fast-moving environments
• Are open to cross-functional work (branding, copywriting, creative strategy, etc.)
• Are highly responsive and reliable, with excellent time management skills
• Have a growth mindset—you’re excited to level up and open to feedback
• Bonus: Experience in motion design or animation
