We’re hiring: Strategic Account Lead
Strategic Account Lead (30–40 hrs/week | Shell Beach, CA)
Five Acres Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a smart, strategic, and creative-minded Account Lead to help us continue delivering thoughtful, high-impact work. This is a hybrid role that blends project management, client services, and strategic thinking—ideal for someone who’s both detail-oriented and big-picture focused.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for key clients, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication
Collaborate cross-functionally with our team of designers, strategists, and content leads to bring projects to life
Drive internal marketing and sales initiatives forward
Translate client needs into clear action plans and ensure projects stay on track
Jump into challenging problems, learn new tools quickly, and help build strong, lasting relationships

Who you are:
3+ years experience in a client-facing, cross-functional creative role (agency or in-house)
Background in project management, brand strategy, content, or creative production
Excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and energized by solving complex challenges
Organized and efficient—comfortable with timelines, calendars, and juggling multiple priorities
Curious, tech-savvy, and excited to grow with a nimble, mission-aligned team
A degree in communications, marketing, design, or a related field is a plus—but we’re equally open to candidates whose real-world experience speaks for itself.
